The organization needed to refresh their required HIPAA compliance training to ensure all employees understood privacy and security regulations. The existing training was outdated and didn't engage learners effectively, leading to compliance gaps and potential regulatory risks.

Understanding HIPAA Requirements
HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) requires comprehensive training on:
