The Challenge

Our HR director requested comprehensive training on emergency procedures to ensure workplace safety compliance. The existing written Emergency Action Plan (EAP) was lengthy and difficult for employees to engage with, resulting in low completion rates and poor retention of critical safety information.

Key Challenges:

  • Transform dry, text-heavy compliance material into engaging content
  • Ensure 100% employee completion for regulatory compliance
  • Make complex emergency procedures memorable and actionable

The Solution

Develop a Storyline course that transforms the written EAP into an engaging, multimedia learning experience. The course combines informational text and narration with optional animated videos to help employees understand and retain emergency procedures.
